Overview

Important Notes Note that in order for the transcript to be released, the household must be in good financial standing. The standard processing time (3-5 business days) is applicable to all requests. Expedited processing is available at an additional cost (see below). Digital Student Copy Students may request a digital student copy of their transcript at no cost by contacting their counselor. Official Transcript Official transcripts sent to students are mailed as hard copies in a sealed envelope. Once the envelope is opened, the transcript is no longer considered official. Submit the Official Transcript Request Form IMPORTANT: This form is only for students who have taken high school-level courses, typically in grades 9–12.

Ordering Transcripts for a College or University

If a student is applying to colleges that use the Common Application, they can request the official transcript through the Common App. Please allow 3-5 business days for your counselor to submit the transcript through the Common App. An expedited option is not available, so students are encouraged to track college deadlines well in advance. For help with the Common Application, the student should connect with their counselor. Enlightium can send an official transcript to a college or university electronically or by standard mail. Note that there is a $5.00 cost per transcript. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Submit the Official Transcript Request Form

Enlightium can send an official transcript to any organization electronically or by standard mail. Note that there is a $5.00 cost per transcript. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Submit the Official Transcript Request Form

Expedited Transcripts

Enlightium offers expedited transcripts sent to the student, college, university, or other organization. To order, complete the form below. Note that there is a $25 fee for up to four destinations. Expedited transcripts are typically sent 1-3 business days after the form is submitted. At the end of the school year, transcripts typically take 2–3 weeks to produce. This is due to the time required for teachers to complete grading, counselors to review, and the registrar department to process them. All dates can be found on Enlightium’s printable calendar.
