Parents App: Sending Messages

Before sending messages:

1. You need to connect with another member of the community, including an Enlightium administrator.

2. Navigate to their profile.

3. Select “Connect” and wait for their confirmation.

• Please allow up to one business day for an administrator to accept your request.

• Once the request has been accepted, you will receive a notification.

Sending messages.

1. Click on the chat icon.

1. Click the blue chat icon to initiate a chat.

2. Add one or more members to the chat.

3. Click “Next”.

4. Type the message and click the “Send” icon.
