Who is my student's counselor, and how can I contact them?
You should have received a welcome email from your student's counselor before starting courses; that email included your counselor's name, bio, and contact information. Click here for a full list of Enlightium's counselors.

Parent and Student Information

My family is moving. Who do we give our new address to?
Email support@enlightiumacademy.com and a member of the Enlightium team will update your mailing address. If you are moving to a new state or country, email communications@enlightiumacademy.com to update your Enlightium Parents app account.

How do I update our family's email address?

Grades, Progress, and Reports

How can I have a parent portal created or updated?
Please email parentportal@enlightiumacademy.com.

When are report cards/transcripts provided?
Report cards and transcripts are sent to the primary parent's email address after each quarter. You can find exact dates on Enlightium's school calendar.

Accounting Department

Who do I contact with tuition questions or updates?
