Overview

| - The customer portal will allow you to view and update information pertaining to your household, such as viewing your student’s grades and progress, tuition information, and more.
- Families who fully withdraw from Enlightium Academy will no longer have access to the customer portal. However, if a student account is only deactivated—for example, due to a financial hold—families will continue to have access to the portal, with the exception of certain records such as Progress reports.
