Social Expected Student Outcomes (ESOs)

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Upon graduation, students will be equipped and empowered to demonstrate the attitude and servant heart of Jesus Christ toward fellow humanity. Students will embody a biblical worldview and Christian values that correlate with loving motivations and acts. Accordingly, students will appropriately interrelate, serve, and respect all people from all backgrounds, whether in direct or indirect communicative contexts (Jn. 13:12–17).

Student Clubs - All students have the option to participate in an Enlightium Academy social event, ranging from the Art Club to the Pen Pal Program.
Pep Rallies - Our pep rallies, held at the beginning and end of the school year, bring students together to play games, energize school spirit, and celebrate the year’s highlights—all while competing for exciting prizes!
Virtual Retreats - Enlightium hosts virtual retreats for students to enjoy teaching from Scripture, fellowship, discussion, and worship.
Bible Studies - All students in grades PreK-12 are encouraged to participate and enjoy time in the Word with other students and a Bible coordinator from our staff or faculty.
Student Chapels - Student chapels are held once a month from September through May.
Student Council Events - The Student Council holds fun events once a quarter for all students.

Eat and Greet events- held a few times each year, travel to one of multiple locations to meet the Enlightium team and other Enlightium families for fun, food, and friendship.
12th-grade graduation ceremonies - travel at the end of the school year to celebrate our seniors as they walk across the stage!
College tours - visit a college campus alongside your peers and an Enlightium team member
School trip - opportunity to join a school trip to select locations once per year in collaboration with the Enlightium team.
