Missions Trips (Grades 9-12)

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Overview

At Enlightium Academy, it is our desire to encourage students to apply their knowledge of the Gospel through hands-on service. Not all of us are called to be missionaries, but we are all called to share the Gospel with those around us and be a light to those in the dark. Enlightium is excited to offer mission trips that are designed to help transition students from learning to sharing. Our trips are designed with growth in mind, so no experience is necessary! Trips may vary, but each trip will focus on four things:

  1. Showing our love to others through food and clothing donations, construction, or other services
  2. Sharing the Gospel
  3. Equipping students with practical evangelism and apologetic skills
  4. Cultivating a desire in our students to take what they learn and apply it in their local communities

Trip History

April 2026 - Bluefield, WV

Enlightium Academy partnered with the Wade Center, Bland Ministry Center, and the Bluefield Union Mission to serve families in need and share the gospel with local elementary students. We were able to distribute thousands of pounds of food and help organize donations for families suffering from financial crisis. In response to the gospel presentation by one of our students, a local child decided to turn away from their sin and accept Christ as their Lord and Savior!
